The weather is getting cold and dry, and there is static electricity everywhere. In addition to the anti-static floor, the purification project also needs to take fire prevention measures. In addition to the current national standard code for fire protection design of buildings (GB 50016), the following requirements shall also be met when installing fire-fighting facilities in rooms with valuable instruments and equipment in the purification project:
1. When the automatic sprinkler system is set, the pre action automatic sprinkler system shall be used.
2. When the gas fire extinguishing system is set, the halogenated 1211 and the fire extinguishing agent that causes suffocation and secondary injury to the protected object shall not be used.
The laying method of water supply and drainage pipes in this project directly affects the air cleanliness of purification project. Therefore, in the code, it is required to lay pipelines outside the purification project as much as possible, so as to reduce the pipelines in the purification project to a large extent. At present, the pipeline layout of purification project includes: various main pipelines are arranged in the technical middle layer, technical lining layer and technical shaft. For the upper and lower interlayer purification project, the main water supply and drainage pipes are mostly located in the lower interlayer. The concealed riser can be arranged in the wall panel, special brick, pipe slot or technical lane; the branch pipe is led into the clean room by the main pipe or riser, and then led into the upper and lower 20-30cm of the equipment by the main pipe or riser, and then connected with the secondary pipe of the equipment. The pipes and valves installed in the technical tunnel can be installed in public or in secret.
The project is a constant temperature and humidity room, and all kinds of pipes required in the production process have different water temperature requirements. The temperature difference inside and outside the pipeline will make the outer wall of the pipeline deformed and affect the indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, anti condensation measures should be taken for the pipelines that may produce condensation.
The outer surface of anti condensation layer can be made of galvanized sheet or aluminum sheet, which is convenient for cleaning and does not produce dust.
The production process of purification engineering is usually superfine processing or sterile and dust-free. The requirements of water supply system are strict, such as ultra pure water for large integrated circuit, injection water for pharmaceutical industry, etc. Some water systems have high cost and strict management requirements, so we should set up systems according to different requirements (such as different water quality requirements for pure water, cooling water temperature, water quality requirements, etc.).
In order to ensure strict system requirements, it is also conducive to management and operation cost saving. At present, the production process of purification engineering is mostly high-tech industries with rapid technological development, such as large-scale integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals, etc. The products of these production departments are updated quickly and the production process changes greatly, so there should be enough room for pipeline design.
